1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using the Ask Learno app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Ask Learno.

2. Who can use Ask Learno

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. Ask Learno is intended to be used by parents and guardians to support children aged 5 to 13 with their learning. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with any laws applicable in your country.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone outside your household. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at info@asklearno.com.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Ask Learno is available on a monthly subscription basis, billed per child profile. Subscriptions begin with a free trial period as stated at the time of sign-up.

• You will not be charged during the free trial period
• After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• Prices are displayed in GBP, EUR, or USD depending on your location
• All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of a paid period

If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, their respective payment terms and refund policies apply.

5. Free trial

New accounts are eligible for one free trial per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials is not permitted and may result in account termination.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ask Learno only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the service to submit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the service
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service
• Resell or sublicense access to the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose other than your personal family use

7. AI-generated content

Answers, explanations, and worksheets are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Ask Learno is a support tool and should not be used as a substitute for professional educational advice. We recommend reviewing explanations with your child rather than treating them as definitive.

8. Intellectual property

All content in the Ask Learno app and website, including the software, design, text, graphics, and worksheets generated for your personal use, is owned by or licensed to Ask Learno. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Ask Learno available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We will try to give advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Learno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@asklearno.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
